How long will the US Embassy in Nepal take to schedule an interview for the EB1 category after the DQ? Priority date is current for EB1. DQ date : 28 April 2023
Although there aren't many applicants in Nepal for this category, interviews aren't being scheduled. For Eb1a, the priority date is always current. Even in India, for Eb1a its 60-70 days from DQ to interview date. ( 30-45 days to get IL)
