@gigi wright uh yes I have $5000 on my credit card statement and my monthly rent is 3000. I haven’t worked for 10 months so yes i would consider this a hardship

i expedited my ead 3-4 times. and they said credit cards are not considered as proof of financial loss😂😂 eventually they just gave me an ead😂 still looking for a job😂😂😂

ok here’s what u need to do. try get a job even without EAD/SSN and tell them you’re waiting for your work permit. once your job offer u a job then you can have them write a letter to you or your lawyer and have them faxed it

make sure the company puts its name and ID number to identify the company in which uscis will pull up

@gigi wright can u share some companies one should be searching for? As far as I know, during application and interview, they will ask if you have ead or GC or passport. if your response is no, we know you're automatically disqualified
