does anyone have experience with a timeline like mine? in this case I had to do biometrics for my i130 as the petitioner which isn’t usually a typical thing. I still haven’t received my ead.

my case is outside normal processing times. I have submitted normal inquiries, expedite and congressional inquiries. but still nothing. they tell me it’s due to workload factors and nothing is wrong with my case. can anyone help?

I will get the approval
In the name of Jesus, my fiance will take the plane from Haiti to New York soon because I can feel that USCIS is working on his case. January people be happy because they are coming to your cases also. My fiance's case was filed since January 18th and we are still waiting. We have hope, patience and perseverance. In the name of Jesus, the result will be positive for my fiance and all January people who have been waiting for so long. Good day my people and stay safe in the mighty God🙏🙏🙏🙏. This is my prayer for my fiance's case and other people who are still waiting for an approval. Amen, amen,Alleluia
Cases moving ahead of me?
I don’t understand why cases behind me are moving ahead of my case. Any idea? my case used to be 45. Now, it moved to 86. Even those who applied after me have gotten ahead of me. I am no longer sure what is going on with this Immigration Department. is this Lawfully app accurate?
names inter-changed by USCIS
Hi Lawfully family please I need ur ideas.
I recently received my new green card and USCIS made a mistake with my names. my "FIRST" name came as "SECOND" name and vice versa. So my worry now is Can I petition (i-130) for my wife and children with it like that bef4 filing for i-90 for the correction or I must make the changes bf4. Especially with the long waits in processing times.
