Some people have said theirs was approved within a few days, some waited longer, but mine was approved the very next day, hopefully it’s that soon for you! Was just approved for I-130 this Wednesday then on Thursday my I-485 was approved

hey @Kaniela Kaiulani first of all congratulations! I do have a question though- how accurate was the processing time next to I-130 form on USCIS’s login portal? Mine says 4 weeks so just curious.

@Karan L mine still says that it is taking longer than expected. I feel that it is not very accurate. I know I was approved because the approval notice showed in my petitioner’s account. It has not appear on my account yet.

@Karan L before my processing time said longer than expected, it said 7 months. And I just got approved. So it is not very accurate.

@Abdallah 🙏🏾 yes!! I got “actively reviewing” for the second time, and we found the approval notice in my petitioner’s account. I still can’t believe it. It was relatively fast.

@P D I got my first “actively reviewing” status on December 29th. It was the day I got my biometrics.
