criminal record

does anyone on here send there criminal record to USCIS? I got RFE to send it, and I wanna make sure I send it correctly. I already did this when I originally applied I think they lost my paper work :( I just wanna know what to send.

as usual, every time I get close to the end of the estimate processing time, they increase it !! been chasing it since 6 months now 13.5 months!

Greened finally after 13 years

At last the day has come to break free from shackles of H1B visa and live life as a PR. 13 years of grueling wait has come to and end and cannot be more happy to share with you all. I was in EB2 with PD 2010 April and I know it’s very late for me and should have got it much before but it is what it is. The page has turned finally in our immigration chapter this year and everything just fell in line. The magic word is Patience and I hope you all get your approvals soon !####

How long until approved?

We filed our I-130 paperwork Dec 2022. On our account is says estimated 3 weeks until decision. Even though I’m not convinced this is correct, it’s a little encouraging. Realistically, how long?
