How long until approved?
We filed our I-130 paperwork Dec 2022. On our account is says estimated 3 weeks until decision. Even though I’m not convinced this is correct, it’s a little encouraging. Realistically, how long?

@Carolyn Jenkins I sent my priority date is December 1st and my I-130 just got approved. I am hoping that everyone that filed in December will get an answer soon.

@Carolyn Jenkins thats the way! some people get their procces aproved sooner so i hope you can get some good news soon! also remember to stay patient (im gretting crazy lol) but is better as you said stay positive all the time
