my case was in nebraska, then was transfered to texas

in 10 days after transfered, they sent me rfe.. now my case status rfe was recived.

when did you file? i filed for my wife she is in united states.our case was in nebraska then they transferred to our local field.its been more then year.we contact to congress man no good result.

Applied on September 2019 and approved on April 10th

mine changed to correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewed

my congressman said I have to wait 2 weeks

@Medina Makka Medina we contact our congressman 2 months before they said uscis did not reply them.what excuse you gave to congressman?

I had congressman in Philadelphia and I moved to other city, and I changed congressman. New congressman very understandable he helped me with USCIS I730 approval and now he is helping with NVC

Try other congressman, cause first one been republican now democrat. Probably it matters for us immigrants
