@prince jmd not really, you can wait 1 month to a 9 months… if they send you RFE and you already wait along I guess they are working on your case it may took less Time

@prince jmd, based on my experiences and the few people I know, it’s usually between one to three months from when you respond to your RFE. Hope that helps and works for you as well.

it depends really on cases: if youve only got 1 rfe then it may take 2-3 years or even less but there are such things like priority date whenever they send 2nd rfe and that date varies between 60-90 days to respond and that means the decision will make on yr case asap

you’re right @Divine intervention but I thought prince jmd was asking how long its gonna take to get the decision after submitted rfe (not responding) and i said 2-3 years unless uscis sends the rfe with priority date!

@Aman rawat , you responded to RFE within processing times. Prince Jmd is outside processing time. he should get a response from Vermont soon , within a couple of weeks

hi guys I wanted to know, Back in September of 2022 I filed my vawa case and on Christmas Eve of that year I got the notice to go do biometrics in Philadelphia in February of 2023 which I did then in May 2023,I filed the I 765 and I 485 and ask for a fee waiver on both because the position I’m in I can’t for anything so yesterday (June 2023 ) they sent me the receipts for both filings and they waived the fees on both application, thank god and at the same time they indicated that they transferred my case from the Vermont service center to the Nebraska service center, is this a good thing and what can I expect
