I see that you are doing your process from your country or origen where is that? my husband is applying for the EB2 NIW we are doing it from Mexico. Can you also give us and inside on how much the Premium Cost you?

@Q C @Collins Frederick the only thing that I do is a brief resume of my CV and a paragraph telling my idea of consultancy that I want to do in the US. a really simple 4 pages letter

@Nallely Aceves I doing my process from Ecuador. the cost of the premium processing was 2500. I really think is worth it. in my case 2 days for the approval. But now we are waiting for the appointment process.

@Jacques Landazuri I think that process is taking a little longer because I think that one depends on on the availability of visas no? that's what the Visa Bulletin is for no?

Congratulations @Jacques Landazuri Now your case will transfer to Department of State(NVC). Once transferred, you will recieve welcome letter from NVC. After letter, you have to pay all the applicant fees (it will take around 5 business to process). Once status shown paid, you have to submit all of your civil documents and wait for Documenterily Qualified(DQ). After DQ, NVC will transfer your case to your embassy( depends on your PD). After your country embassy recieve your petition, they will send you email for an interview and you have to do medical after email and bring your orginal document to the consular, which you will submit to NVC. @DD San and no hemos metido la solicitud estamos por terminar con las traducciones y certificación para tener el caso listo. espero ya en estos días poder estar ya me tiendo nuestra solicitud I-140

@Nallely Aceves a que bienn.. yo de México pero ya tengo la i140 aprobada solo espero cita consular.. pero no pague premium porque todavia no estaba disponible premium. y es vd esoo que comentas que no avanzo el boletín de visas entonces tienen que esperar aunque paguen premium. aplican con abogados o sin?

@DD San estamos en México, ya terminamos de juntar todo el papeleo y estamos en las traducciones y certificaciones aún no metemos el caso para la solicitud I-140 espero estarlo haciendo muy pronto 🤞con abogado y usted?

@Nallely A que bien.. mucha suerte.. yo tengo 1 mes que el nvc me aprobo todos mis documentos y solo espero mi cita. Ojala que no tarden.. tambien con un buffet en 3 meses y medio me aprobaron la i140. Saludos y estamos en contacto.
