I am so confused, I haven't received any biometric appointment yet. instead got RFE. I need to wait for the letter to arrive because documents are on not available on the USCIS website

it cannot be medical, because processing time is 34 months. and you just filed. it is RFE, probably more documents required from you. wait times for vawa is now 34months.

gosh I hope it's police clearance or medical. I am so impatient. I've sent them everything I had. my psychological report was 34 pages long alone

better wait and see the content of the mail. vawa usually takes long to process, RFE could be just one month after filing, before issuance of PF or sometimes before biometrics. Have you been issued Prima facie? if Not, then reasons why they are requesting more documents, however ,also some dont even get PF atall and still got approved. Be that, as it may, I ain't seen Vawa approved within 93 days though. my humble opinion. Keep us informed and posted on the content of the mail when you receive it

So, my lawyers called this morning and I received one letter for biometrics and another one to provide evidence that I am a person of good moral, character and a police background check.
I did send 6 letters of support but looks like they need more
