names inter-changed by USCIS
Hi Lawfully family please I need ur ideas.
I recently received my new green card and USCIS made a mistake with my names. my "FIRST" name came as "SECOND" name and vice versa. So my worry now is Can I petition (i-130) for my wife and children with it like that bef4 filing for i-90 for the correction or I must make the changes bf4. Especially with the long waits in processing times.

the last name wasn't changed. it was just the 1st and 2nd (middle) name

You can file e request for Typographic Error. no need to file I 90.

may I ask how you checked your status when you applied for the green card. what app did you use?

TDZ mother I used case tracker and I do have a USCIS online account also
