Biometrics date: January 17th, 2023
Case move to San Fernando Valley FO (non-local): March 30th, 2023
Case Remains Pending status: April 25th, 2023
Case moved to Helena FO (local FO): May 5th, 2023
Sent documents to San Fernando Valley FO to prove PD is current: May 8th, 2023
Status change to "received correspondence for the submitted documents": May 10th, 2023
I-765 approval date: May 11th, 2023
I-485 approval date: June 13th, 2023

just for laugh (maybe)
today i was thinking why uscis takes forever and then I remembered the silly videos people post on instagram/tiktoks where healthcare workers, and others employees are busy making tiktok trends and dancing while the patients are waiting for procedures and I imagined that happening at the uscis offices while all of us are mentally stressed out waiting for updates
just for laughs, not hating on any employers

Still waiting for I-130 Approval, 15 months.
It went from Processing Time:
3 months, 2 months, 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week to "Your case is taking longer than expected to process", twice!!!!!!!
When can I expect the approval and now that the Visa is not current, this is so frustrating.
How do I even know if my case is still in Potomac office?

Afternoon Everyone! So whenever you speak to Emma or Live Agent. Tell them to give you a detailed update on your case and also type” The last agent I spoke to, told me my case was ready to be reviewed by an Officer” when you tell them that, they should give you a detailed update. I did that today and the Agent told me that my case was Reviewed by an Officer on May 30th and that the current status states CONTINUED DECISION, which means that I’m very close to an approval decision. So she told me not to worry, that I should be expecting an approval very soon. The Officer is just wrapping up my case.

I found a representative from my district on the website and sent an email, but not sure if he is the one who’s responsible for immigration inquiries, but will wait for a response.
