DNA Testing
I need help for DNA testing location in Hyderabad, India if any one Done Genetic Relationship DNA test in Hyderabad, india so please give me that location so I can go and do my as well, I called several Lab but they can’t send lab result to Uscis they will giving me I told them to send to uscis office direct but they don’t so please help me out this or let me know if I go any where and done that testing and lab results I can upload online can I do that or no please reply me
whats wrong with uscis?
guys it’s so so so frustrating! it’s been more than a year and I haven’t heard anything from the uscis about my i130. this is so frustrating as my husband lives in us and cannot just come to India leaving his job and the wait time and the suspense is literally killing me. he holds USA green card and all the approvals that im seeing these days are only for us citizen! its very unfair. can anybody help me out and tell me how long do i have to wait ?

I just saw my EAD approval notice in the document section under the EAD case on the USCIS website. However, the case history does not have any information relating to that, it only says "USCIS is actively reviewing your case".
Does that I'll get my EAD in the mail sometime soon?

I Got Approved Of My I-130 On the 8th Of This Month Of June...And My Notice Was Sent And It Says MY PETITION IS BEING APPROVED BUT IT WASN'T INDICATED ON THE PETITION THAT THE BENEFICIARY INTENDS TO APPLY FOR AN IMMIGRANT VISA ABROAD AT THE US EMBASSY OR CONSULATE OR WOULD APPLY FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS IN THE UNITED STATES
THEREFORE USCIS HAS RETAINED THE PETITION🤦🏼♂️...IF THE BENEFICIARY INTENDS TO APPLY FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS IN THE UNITED STATES THEY SHOULD SUBMIT A COPY OF THE NOTICE ALONG SIDE WITH A FORM 1-485.
Please I'm Confused...Help Please. 🤦🏼♂️😔😔🤦🏼♂️
Second biometrics appointment?
Desr all,
I have got i-485 approval today. However, my approval document says “Prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometrics processing (photo/ fingerprint/signature). Please do not take any action at this time. If you are required to report for this processing, you will receive another notice advising you of the date, time and location to appear.”
Does this mean I need to go for second biometrics?
I have already given biometrics before. anyone experienced this before?

how much longer will they make me wait for my EAD 🥲
i really thought it would take 6 months max… my opt is about to expire and my employer will hold my job which is good but i cant afford my rent without a job- im only a year out from college and have no savings but my expedite request was denied.- i cant inquire about my case status until february and am very stressed!
How does USCIS change of address affect my I-485 application timeline?
Back in Feb 2022, we filed I-485 and I-130 concurrently for my permanent resident application, with my wife, a naturalized US citizen, being the petitioner. Our case was transferred to the Chicago FO on 07/01/2022. The I-130 application was approved on 02/28/2023 and I received the medical RFE on 02/09/2023. We also knew from AskEmma back then that our interview has been waived. According to UPS, our I-693 response was delivered and signed by the Chicago FO on 04/05/2023. Until today (06/13/2023), there's no status update on my USCIS account (still showing request for evidence was sent). We have reached out on AskEmma for an expedition request, as well as contacted the Chicago FO through congressional liaison but just received some boilerplate response :-/
My wife and I have just graduated and would need to relocate to the LA county in a few weeks. Given that we are so far along into the I-485 application, how does the change of address affect our application timeline? Will our case be transferred to a different field office? Would it help if we update our physical address, but keep a mailing address in Chicago? Thank you so much for your help and look forward to hearing back from you soon :-)
