want to file a petition for a spouse. who lives out of the States.
I heard once my I-140 gets approved, I can file a petition for my spouse. Is that correct? Anybody who has a similar situation or suggestion will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance🙏🏻🙏🏻.

You have to wait for your GC to be approved then file for i-824 follow to join based on the approval of your i-485
