Congratulations, quick question - are you sure your case moved to your local FO before approval? Why did you send documents to non-local FO if your case was at local FO?

@Z N Thank you! Before sending the documents to San Fernando Valley FO, I was constantly checking through Emma if my application moved back to NBC. Fortunately I got a very good live agent, who informed me that my application was routed to my local FO. I then specifically asked where I should send my additional documents. She tried to raise a service request to check which FO will initiate my service request. She then confirmed that San Fernando Valley FO still has my case, although my case was forwarded to my local FO. So my attorney sent the documents to San Fernando Valley FO. I had multiple chats with several live agents via Emma and I also got a call from tier 2 USCIS officer last week. They all informed me that my case was transferred to my local FO from SFV FO. I thought I'll be called for an interview. But fortunately, my green card was approved without any interview.

@K S how were you able to send in additional documents to prove your PD is current ? did you raise a service request ?

@Ram P my lawyer raised a SR and sent documents to USCIS by email. I called USCIS and they routed my case tier 1 manager. She told me to send the proof that my PD is current to San Fernando Valley FO. I then requested my attorney to send the documents to San Fernando Valley FO as well.

@ap ln If your PD is current, chat with Emma and request a tier 2 call. Generate a service request and tell them that your PD is current.

mine also similar case. EB1C India. PD ia current (ported from EB2 - June 2014), went to San fernando Valley FO, and they put it on CRP and sent back to NBC. Talked to tier1 and tier2. As per Tier2 they are considering June 2014 pd only but cannot approve GC as visa numbers have regressed. it didn't make sense, but the Tier2 officer confirmed again the same. confused in nextbsteps..

I have raised one, but when Tier 2 called they told they cannot do anything until visa numbers are available. I still think that's an error at their part. I have raised an FOIA of my 485 file to see if I can get some info for another SR
