Got Senators help with my case. It got approved even when my Priority Date is not Current. My PD is 05/02/2022 and F2A Category.

@Anna Miller congressman tried 2 times to help me .. 1st time uscis responded with the automated message case is pending within the normal processing times and not to contact them before 90 days to allow them some time to work on the case .. same congressman requested to expedite the process two days ago ( this is my 4th expedite request ) .. don’t get excited if they decide to help you until you see your approval.. try your luck it doesn’t hurt to try suggestion : try to contact the DHS office of ombudsman and I’m sure you will get an answer very soon

Look for USCIS Senator help on google. Look for the one that represents your state. Navigate thru their webpage. Look for something that says Get Help with an Agency and select USCIS from the options. They will either ask you to fill out all the information online or ask you to send an email to them amd they will follow back with a form ( Privacy Release ) that needs to be filled out and mail it to them with supporting documents to why the case needs to be adjudicate faster. Once mailed or done online, wait until you hear back from the office again. I wish you good luck.
