hope your experience is better than mine bcz it's now three months and while the have acknowledged receipt, June 29 is my one year anniversary with them and I just got approved for my EAD and at the time of this comment.....still not received the card yrt

mine was 2 times like that October 2021 and then June 2022 after two days my case was approved

Did you file your I-130 online or by mail?

oh wow. at first they say that it should be responded to by 60 days of the receiving date. I hope they do respond fast because it’s already one and a half year since I applied for it. @Jos Ro @OTL Bear

I applied for I-130 online but responded to the rfe by mail @kingsley Azumara

@b a I did and literally just took my work permit from the mail box so now waiting on my social.....the wait never ends

@ b a You should responded online to the RFE. makes it approved much faster. according to trends, people get approved few weeks and some 2-3 months.

@kingsley Azumara the lawyer recommended that I do it by mail. I’m not sure what the reason is but I guess because it was too much documents.
