second interview
USCIS sent me a letter for second interview 2 years after I passed everything. when I appeared the IO ask why I’m there. after looking deep inside my case. he told me I have two options withdraw my application or wait for decision because at the first interview I started to separate from my spouse which not qualify for 3 years rule. and my case will be denial for sure 95%. I don’t know what should I do. I’m in Charleston South Carolina. are there any immigrant lawyer can help me which this?
finally
after years of waiting and many pains, I can finally say we are greened. Thanks to everyone who has shared about their experiences and insights on the process. I hope many more of us find success too

documents request post asylum interview
Do you know if an asylum officer will request documents after the interview if he plans to deny your case? my husband is the main appliquant. our interview was eight days ago but the officer just sent me a letter yesterday asking for all my previous and current passports and my original birth certificate with the translation? Is this good sign?
Address Change
Hello friends, I am working in South Carolina right now. I have Oklahoma address in USCIS account. I was in SC before too and moved to Oklahoma for some time and I am back to work now but never changed the address. When I chat with emma, it says my case is in Oklahoma city field office now which was moved last month. I do have my wife in the Oklahoma address. I am in great dillema if I need to update address in USCIS again because its in the oklahoma field office and now they have to send it to South carolina again and that is making mine waiting time even longer. Anyone here recently have an interview with the same situation as I am in?
an update

That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. please share experience if you have an update like this before.thanks
