travel with my combo card
I'm so afraid tomorrow I have a possible travel to Mexico to update my passport , I'm waiting for the Salvacoducto from Venezuela Embasy in Mexico 😪 everything is depend of their 😵💫😫 but is safe to travel with a combo card?😪😫 I can't imagine can't to enter in the United States again 😫😫😵💫 please any experiences with this card????

I-140 (NIW) receipt notice delay?
Recently filed I-140 (NIW) petition package. The package was delivered at Dallas Lockbox on 5/23/2023.
I haven't received a receipt notice, the check has not been cashed.
Emailed Lockbox support about 2 weeks ago, no response. Several Emma chat that ended abruptly by the representative directing me to email lockbox support.
I am getting really frustrated... Anyone in the same boat? Should I refile? #receiptnotice #I140 #NIW

Which civic version is required for citizenship? they gave me the 2008 version booklet to study from but google said anyone applied after December 1,2020 is required to take the 2020 version which is 20 questions which I haven’t seen anyone said they’ve been asked 20 questions. help!! I’ve been studying the 2008 version and my test next Wednesday 😬
G card denied
my green card was denied , reason being for previous arrest that currently holds a restraining order til Jan 2024 , everything was properly filed and appealed before deadline and fees paid .
any idea how long they usually take to look at appeal, they gave me 30 days to appeal and I did in 14 days , how soon on avg is a response time ?

Overwhelmed with the ridiculous waiting
EAD approved since June 21st and nothing updated since. Live agent said card is in production and may take up to 60 days. How long has anyone had to wait for their work permit card? Please share because I see persons receiving cards in a week, 2 weeks max yet everything with my case seems to be a long tedious haul.

Does anyone have experience dealing with RFE asking for your F 1 student records, I am stuck because my school taking so long to get it ready for me, please advise if you had similar experience.
How long it took your school/college to got your records? mine is taking so long, and they even doesn't say when it's going to be ready, the only promise from them that it will be ready before the actual RFE deadline, which is September 10th, this is crazy, I don't know what to do, tried everything, but can't expedite the process, in the school policy also doesn't say the timeline for response for that type of requests..I am stuck now because of it, can't do anything ((
Please advise if you had similar experience and if you found the way to expedite it?
