G card denied
my green card was denied , reason being for previous arrest that currently holds a restraining order til Jan 2024 , everything was properly filed and appealed before deadline and fees paid .
any idea how long they usually take to look at appeal, they gave me 30 days to appeal and I did in 14 days , how soon on avg is a response time ?

what’s your PD? and how did your interview go? all those factors will matter. if your interview went well, then there’s possibility that your case might change.

restraining order usually involves domV or assault. was the arrest either of these?
