Does anyone have experience dealing with RFE asking for your F 1 student records, I am stuck because my school taking so long to get it ready for me, please advise if you had similar experience.
How long it took your school/college to got your records? mine is taking so long, and they even doesn't say when it's going to be ready, the only promise from them that it will be ready before the actual RFE deadline, which is September 10th, this is crazy, I don't know what to do, tried everything, but can't expedite the process, in the school policy also doesn't say the timeline for response for that type of requests..I am stuck now because of it, can't do anything ((
Please advise if you had similar experience and if you found the way to expedite it?

did you submit 1-20s from your school with your application? I think that along with your degree and transcripts would be sufficient but better consult the attorney

hi @mech t no I didn't, probably this is why USCIS requested it, they want to see the whole records from the time I started till finished, and now I am just waiting from my school, I sent them the RFE as a reason why I need those information, because they weren't acting properly on my original request

@AU UAZ are you still a student? didn’t you submit your I-20s and transcripts along with your application? Did you use the service of an attorney? If yes then he/she did a terrible job.

@LM F such as:
-Certified transcripts issued by the school(s)
- Copies of tuition payments for all quarters or semesters attended
- Class schedules and course syllabi for all F-1 schools attended
- Report cards, evidence of homework, assignments or research;
- Copies of any and all final degrees or diplomas issued upon completion of each academic program(s)
- Any other evidence in your possession to show that you attended and were physically present at each F1 school and completed coursework

@Sa O I am not student anymore, I didn't even know about such thing, I guess you right about my attorney, he is not doing anything. FYI I am dependent on my wife EB3 case, but I was F1 and she F2 when we started her process with EB3

I received the same RFE. My school gave me everything in one week.

@AU UAZ What is your type of treatment in USCIS? Is she an EB3 Skilled worker? And did you enter the United States on an F1 visa, and then you did the adjustment of status process, or not?

@AU UAZ I think, you can still log into your student account to get transcripts and you can order copy of degree.
As you were a student you must have original copies of all your I-20s.
