applied on Oct 2022, nothing yet . but I think it depends from case to case.timeline is different for different cases.

@kiran manne mine is October 5th and when I checked lawfully it says I’m in 2nd in ranking do you know what that means

initially they approve C04 after C09 advanced parole. once vawa approved they send new EAD under C31. Hope understand the answer. Cheers 🎉

yes you can travel. but they have a right to stop you at customs. if you read completely approval notice it’s clearly mentioned.

EAD is specifically for work permit and also travel sometimes. Shoot the questions to your lawyer FM. Lawyer will explain more in detail 👍🏻

@f m wether you can travel or not, you will receive an EAD under C09 category, the additional thing your EAD will have if you’re allowed to travel is “serves as I-512 advance parole”, your EAD card will have that at the bottom of the front. that’s also known as the “combo card” but if your advance parole wasn’t granted your EAD card will say “Not valid for Re-Entry to U.S” That’s the only difference
