how accurate is the lawfully I-130 estimated approval time?
lawfully page states “Among the applicants for Form 1-130 who received the message below:
Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
In 5 days on average, 73% of them received the next message as
follows:
73% Case Approved”
has this message been accurate for anyone’s I-130 application in terms of approval?? can I get my hopes up in 5 days time?
May 2022 K1 application approvals?

NVC DQ Timeline
Hi All,
my documents in the nvc portal have been accepted for a few weeks now and I have yet to receive an official email that states I’m documentarily qualified. I feel as though nvc is sitting on this and not moving my case forward to the embassy. I have sent two public inquiries to no avail. Anyone in a similar situation?
Current processing times for i-131
I have filed for I-131 concurrently with my i-485 in May 2023 and I'm noticing a trend of I-485 being approved before advance parole. I have an important event to attend outside the US in December. What are my chances of either i-131 or i-485 being approved by then?.

Congressman Help - instructions
Hello fam,
I had some issues with placing an inquiry to my Congressman as I was not sure how to do it. I just figured it out and wanted to share with you, maybe it would be helpful for someone like me who did not know how to do it. So, in order to contact your congressman you should follow these steps:
1. Find your representative
You can go to http://www.house.gov/ and enter your Zip Code. Once entered, you will see who is your representative.
2. Click on the representative’s name. You will be taken to his/her website.
3. On his/her website go to the menu and you should see “Services”.
4. Under “Services” select “Help with federal agency”.
5. Find a form that you need to fill out with your information. Once completed - submit the form.
6. Now wait 😅
NBC I-130 approved I-485 pending concurrent filing
went for my interview about 2 weeks ago. the officer separated us and while I was being interviewed (after my spouse), we got an update on the i130 for a second interview. later that day, the second scheduled interview was cancelled and the next day i130 approved
FO is Minneapolis, Minnesota
after a week, got a mail, against my i485 of "Notice of Interview Cancellation by USCIS"
I called and was told it's an interview de-scheduling letter against the second scheduled interview from the i130
still waiting for any update on my i485
i130 priority date is Nov 29, 2021
i485 priority date is Dec 1, 2021
this thing is stressful ngl
