Interview in Juarez Tips
Does anyone have info on what to expect for a fiancé interview in Juarez? Not necessarily the questions but how long the interview takes? It says on the consulate website that you can’t take your phone with you. So I’m wondering how on earth my fiancé will let me know when he’s done with his interview. Is parking free?
Texas service center EB-3 unskilled EAD card
is anyone still waiting for EAD card from Texas service center?
i think that TSC did not issue any EAD card after January 31 in EB-3 category while Nebraska is giving all it can.
i had applied in 15 December2022 and my biometrics is 09 January 2023. two months ago, my biometrics was applied on I-785. even my I-485 is showing it is pending but no luck with EAD card.
anyone can think of how long it may take to get EAD ?
2 year wedding anniversary approaching 07/06
07/06 is going to be our 2 year anniversary and I’m still waiting on them to approve my I-485, but I was wondering do y’all think I will get the 10 year instead of the 2 year if they don’t approve it before the 07/06.?
