NBC I-130 approved I-485 pending concurrent filing
went for my interview about 2 weeks ago. the officer separated us and while I was being interviewed (after my spouse), we got an update on the i130 for a second interview. later that day, the second scheduled interview was cancelled and the next day i130 approved
FO is Minneapolis, Minnesota
after a week, got a mail, against my i485 of "Notice of Interview Cancellation by USCIS"
I called and was told it's an interview de-scheduling letter against the second scheduled interview from the i130
still waiting for any update on my i485
i130 priority date is Nov 29, 2021
i485 priority date is Dec 1, 2021
this thing is stressful ngl

when did your i-130 turned to actively review? and is it approved now?

It happened to my friend in April as well and still waiting for approval..

@Zhar KS it turned to actively reviewing on the 21st of March and it got approved on the 22nd of June

i am in minnesota and my i-130 is still stuck at Case Received

I don't know of I'm allowed to mention officers names here but I heard the officer assigned to our case is a butt and he's used to giving hard time. He separated us for whatever reasons but that didn't break us

I may be paranoid but I saw a tricked out car with cameras in my parking lot like 5/6 days after i130 got approved lol

Rep responded and send the response from uscis saying case is pending for review at our office...

Still pending at the field office, no RFE, no comment, nothing, just hanging in there.
