@Long Journey for expedite through USCIS, its 7 days to hear back on the initial request. From there it will require you to submit documentation on the basis of your request (if medical than medical proof), which takes 45 days for response. sometimes documentation is not required, but very rare. better off expediting through congressman. response in less than 30 days, not the 7 day than 45 day bs.

@Long Journey ah. uscis was actually useless for me. emergency medical and they rejected without even asking for documentation. congressman helped a lot in my case
