still waiting...
My eb2-niw i-140 was approved in Nov 2022. i-485 was transferred to Tampa FO in Dec 2022. RFE issued and responded to in Mar 2023. Nothing since then. Anyone else waiting for Tampa? #tampa

responded RFE from LA..now case moved to local Nj central field office..from March 20 waiting 108 days 😇

@f p lawyer is superstitious and told me that SR might annoy adjudicator and put my file at the bottom of the pile.
