It depends on the doctor but the report will be ready in 1 day and they can fill out the i693 form in 10 minutes. But normally they said 1 week. Also, the next step is either an interview or waived the interview and send you the green card.

for me it took like 4 days for the results and I sent them a soon as I got the medical exam and they recieved it within a week
