I applied for both the I-130 and I-485 in December 2022. My husband is a U.S. citizen. I received my work permit and travel authorization. In April 2024, I received a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) because my lawyer only submitted three photos and a copy of the lease — he was careless with the evidence. I submitted my response in May 2024 with additional documents.
I was scheduled for an interview in June, but it was canceled due to “technical issues” — they said they couldn’t retrieve my file. I’ve contacted my congressman three times, but I keep getting the same generic response. My interview still hasn’t been rescheduled. I also spoke with a USCIS tier 2 officer, but they only told me the case is still “within processing time.” I submitted my medical exam (I-693) in May 2024 as well.
Is anyone else in the same boat? Any advice or suggestions?

Jul 18, 2025 - filed necessary documents needed by NVC
July 30, 2025 - NVC accepted all documents that was sent but, asked for RFE for latest W-2 Form
July 31, 2025 - Submitted the W-2 Form
Question how long would it take for NVC to respond to it? or to say that I'm Documentarily Qualified and receive consulate/embassy interview?

my frnd need some information related to travel , he traveled 1st time with rtd and 2nd time cop with green card, his Q
can he eligible for rtd, if he travel in future with rtd and comeback to US , cbp officer ask to him why he use rtd this time when he already used cop last time . wht he do that situation or use cop instead of Rtd

How long after moving to non local FO can I expect an update? update - decision after 6 weeks
Emma chat mentioned it was moved to a non local fo on 26th June. Its been more than the 4 + weeks average. Can anyone share their insights on this? Thanks ###
