If your attorney sent the package maybe they used the old version of some papers and its initially got rejected. I thought I filed around October I ended up learning they actually sent it January then I received the receipt around March. after he told me that they filed but it initially rejected and he didn’t want to yell me to cause more anxiety…

I filed too almost 2 years ago and my i485 got rejected, my advocate told me it was Because my spouse was green card holder and not citizen 😭😭😭😭

@Sheena G I’m sorry to hear that. I do know what you talking about. my case is slightly different though: 360-485-131 I received receipts after 8months later but I’m still waiting for 765. I think there’s some mistakes when I filed 765 cause all my 4forms are in one package and only 765 work authority missing. I think @Ivan b may correct, I used incorrect 765 forms

with all the delays from Nebraska center, sometimes they send some receipts and other after a couple days or weeks

I filed in August 2025 and barely got notification that they were received in Feb 2026. I did get 4 different notifications though, you should contact them!

just check the numbers of all your receipts check the last 2 numbers they should go in sequences , the last two number missing is your receipt . for example if they end in 32,33,34,35 they go like that try the other numbers of the others receipts and write the last two number missing
