I wonder if anyone has similar experience as I have now: No I-765 Receipt After 8+ Months, But I-131/485/360 Received – Anyone Similar?
Hi everyone,
I filed my VAWA-based concurrent package (I-360, I-485, I-765, and I-131) on June 17, 2025.
After a long delay (over 8 months), I finally received receipt notices in February 2026 for:
• I-360
• I-485
• I-131
However, I still have not received a receipt for my I-765.
All forms were mailed together in one package.
Has anyone experienced a situation where I-131 and I-485 were receipted but I-765 was not?
Did your I-765 receipt come later?
Or did you have to refile?
Any similar experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏
