I was working through the March chart on the USCIS website and it seemed like all NIW are current (C) for All Chargeability Areas?
Is this a good news?

Yes, if USCIS will use the filling date,, meaning you can file for AOS concurrently

you should file your i-485 within March because from April, they would switch to FAD. Dont miss your timing.
