green card approval
hi everyone I'm asking if there's any green card approval (i485) from December 2021.
i submitted my medical (Rfe) in June 2025 since then I've never received nothing from uscis,no update no approval no interview nothing at all just confirmed RFe received. I'm from a banned country I don't know if I suppose to call them or still waiting however the application is already out of the processing time posted.please any advice ???? this situation is very stressful 😭😭😭

I applied for Vawa on -August 2021 . case approved on Jan 2025. waiting since then medical request was sent on nov2025, second biometrics were send last month. it’s been 13 months since Vawa was approved. what was your approval time on Vawa y’all

@Alex 😊 Vawa approved May 2025 no RFE for biometrics or medical but my daughter was sent letter to do medical and biometrics yet no response

March 2021, Vawa approved Aug 2024 RFE medical sent since November 2024, another RFE sent Feb 2025, no response since then. I have called severally, and they kept seeing they received my RFE, and it is still showing RFE sent on their website. Over a year and no response 🥲

@Oyin Adee talk to your congressional person they will be able to help you or you can talk to your lawyer and file a Mandamus. I haven’t seen any i485 Vawa approval lately
