SIJS EAD
Hi All, I hope you’re doing well!
Can someone knowledgeable update me on the status of SIJS and their ability to apply for an EAD. I know there were news of this being stopped and I’m not sure what has happened since.
Would really appreciate feedback from someone on this topic, thank you :)

hey, I applied on last month and it took less than 30 days to get approved ( i have an i-360 approved) seems like its normal

There was a federal decision that asked USCIS to reinstate the EADs for SIJ holders. USCIS posted this info on their website.

I’ve been waiting 1.5 years for my EAD and have had my I-360 approved for 1.2 years. it’s a brutal wait and I hope we all heard back soon.
