This can be really frustrating :( Even I'm struggling with my initial POST Completion OPT despite applying for premium processing.
It takes USICS 30 days to process once you have applied for the premium processing.
The date 30 business days from 1/26/2026 is: Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 (3/10/2026). I really hope and wish that you get your card before that. Also, even when it is approved, you will have to wait till it is physically delivered. Which again takes up to 14 business days.
