Does anyone know currently which month i130 getting approved at Nebraska Service Center. Cannot wait more without my husband.😞😞😞wait time is toooo muchhh longg.🥺☹️

RFE notice for pending i485
hello everyone, I got an update on my pending I485 that RFE was sent since June 17, but my lawyer said she didn’t receive it yet, she also sent an e request on July 5th and she hasn’t heard anything from the USCIS yet. I already did my medical and I want to know if I can take it to my local field office or can I send it to the NBC? #vawa
Is there a glitch?
I did my biometrics yesterday and last night I received 3 emails saying that USCIS take an action on my case and to sign in. So I did but there's no update, it just says USCIS is actively reviewing your case which showed right after I finished my biometrics appointment so its making me freak out why did I received those emails when nothing changed? Is there anyone that experience this? Please comment

Receipt Notice
Today makes it 45days since I submitted my EAD renewal application form to the Chicago lockbox. It’s really frustrating getting constant weekly reminder by my employer about possible termination of employment if renewal documentation is not received before my current EAD expires. I sent an email of inquiry to Chicago lockbox last two weeks with no response till date. To people that have gone through this similar situation before, please share the possible things I can do to get this receipt notice. I’m scared of losing my job please help!

what the meaning of this?! I’m confused! my case used to say as of “8/12/22 we are actively reviewing your form I-130” and today it changed to “As of July 17, 2023, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130”
I’m so confused! does this mean I have to wait another year of waiting or they’re actually, actively working on this time??

Hello Again!
I am a widow to the US citizen and I applied I-360, I-485 and I-765.
My VAWA hasn’t been approved yet. However, last Friday I have received a medical RFE for I-485 from Boston Office (I reside in the state of Georgia).
I thought they would not ask my medical until my VAWA was approved.
Is USCIS just asking me to send my medical since I initially didn’t send one in?
Or are they trying to approve everything at once since I am a widow?
What do you think? Because as far as I have seen posts here, people usually gets VAWA first before USCIS asks them for medical RFE.
Please let me know what you think!

I’m soooooo happy
it’s so weird cuz I’ve been checking everyday as soon as I wake up for the last 3 months knowing that I was around the 1k days and that’s usually what takes them to give a decision.
I was emailing back and foward and on a phone call with my Attourney and I told to myself “you haven’t check it today”, when I did it I saw the “decision of approval” and I was in disbelief I thought I was seeing the wrong one I thought it was my work permit but then I saw the 17 hours ago time line and I still couldn’t believed…. I stared at it for a few minutes and then I feel a great happiness but also a “where is the catch, is it real” though!!!
it’s been a long wait, now I’m just going to wait for the green process!
