Receipt Notice
Today makes it 45days since I submitted my EAD renewal application form to the Chicago lockbox. It’s really frustrating getting constant weekly reminder by my employer about possible termination of employment if renewal documentation is not received before my current EAD expires. I sent an email of inquiry to Chicago lockbox last two weeks with no response till date. To people that have gone through this similar situation before, please share the possible things I can do to get this receipt notice. I’m scared of losing my job please help!

Assuming that you haven’t gotten your notice yet, I would contact lockbox support and or call uscis directly to get an update

@Yardie K I sent mail to lockbox support last two weeks and I’m yet to get a response. USCIS customer support keeps referring me to send email to support. I hope to get this receipt before my current EAD expires September 28th!
