I’m soooooo happy
it’s so weird cuz I’ve been checking everyday as soon as I wake up for the last 3 months knowing that I was around the 1k days and that’s usually what takes them to give a decision.
I was emailing back and foward and on a phone call with my Attourney and I told to myself “you haven’t check it today”, when I did it I saw the “decision of approval” and I was in disbelief I thought I was seeing the wrong one I thought it was my work permit but then I saw the 17 hours ago time line and I still couldn’t believed…. I stared at it for a few minutes and then I feel a great happiness but also a “where is the catch, is it real” though!!!
it’s been a long wait, now I’m just going to wait for the green process!

Hello everyone,
i360 and i485 was submitted March 2021
RFE was requested for i360 in June 2022
RFE was submitted in Aug 2022
i360 was approved December 2022
i485 status changes to finger print has be were taken in December 2022.
please what’s next? it’s been 7months already. Still didn’t hear nothing about i485.

@God’s favorite it was for my divorce, they requested for a new one that can be verified online or they will deny the case. new one was submitted and case was denied . law firm put in an appeal and it was approved right away.

@Jesus baby I had to contact my country and ensure that the case can be verified online. so I sent in the paperwork and with the case number for USCIS to verify it online.
