RFE notice for pending i485
hello everyone, I got an update on my pending I485 that RFE was sent since June 17, but my lawyer said she didn’t receive it yet, she also sent an e request on July 5th and she hasn’t heard anything from the USCIS yet. I already did my medical and I want to know if I can take it to my local field office or can I send it to the NBC? #vawa

I will suggest that you send the Medicals to NBC Missouri. Also add your birth certificate. it is better to be superfluous than inadequate. Don’t forget to include a letter stating that an RFE was sent but you never received it.
