I BELIEVE it’s a security clearance kind of thing like a background check but I think this part comes from the beneficiary’s country of citizenship. Like checking to see if they have a bad history in their country. I could totally be wrong here

@White Lilly they send your file for security clearance levels including same name, biometrics, criminal history or any loans owed to the state or federal government and all the documents submitted, once it’s cleared it will be updated. good luck!

this was what I got some months back and when I did an enquiry again I was told they have workload that has nothing to do with my case that they will see to adjudicate in 6mths ...

@Ali Syed Do you know how it take? my case will out of processing time in this September and no update yet.

@White Lilly it really depends upon the DHS how long they will take to gather all the information needed. For my brother it took only a month and for some people only a couple of weeks and there are some for whom it’s been a year and still no response. when did you apply and when was your interview if it wasn’t waived? I hope you get the update sooner. they are working pretty fast on cases from 2022-2023 according to the post from the lawfully community.

@Ali Syed My interview was in December 2021. My case about to 3years now so i think that just some accuse from USCIS?
