PD-July 2020(ported from previously approved I-140)
June 30, 2023 case transferred to non-local FO and in 2 weeks got approved, I hope all you folks get your approval soon.
EB1 folks from India don’t lose hope, we still have 2 weeks left in July for your approvals to come before Aug bulletin dates kick in. Wish you all the best, keep doing good to others and goodness will be returned to you soon

EB3 unskilled attorneys and I485J
Hello folks, I’ve seen so many posts about using i485J. I contacted 2 different attorneys in the past about it but the answers weren’t favorable to me.
Attorney 1: you can use i485J if you’re changing employers within the same metropolitan statistical area and that the jobs are the same or similar as the one stated on your perm labor certification form
Attorney 2: “I’ve handled so many i485 cases and geographical areas are never barriers. I, however, haven’t handled an eb3-unskilled portability case in the past and I’m not sure if the same rules apply to those in that category”.
these two responses have left me confused. could you guys share any information about immigration attorneys you that have experiences in handling eb3 unskilled job portability cases for the rest of us to consult?

hello, I have an important question I’m hoping someone could help me understand this. I filed in December the I130, I’m the petitioner. in just days it said case received then in January it says case is being actively reviewed. now I’m 4 weeks away from estimated time for decision but something changed on the case status page. now it reads as follows: estimated time for case decision: 4 weeks
your next step: USCIS reviewing your case.
estimated time remaining until your next step is completed: 4 weeks.
I don’t understand so if anyone has experienced this please share to me. thanks 🙏🏻

I've asked questions before regarding my daughter but this is want to know. so my daughter is here in the US with me, when I applied for vawa she was living in my home country. I'm about to apply for my combo card renewal, do I apply for her as well or I have to wait until my vawa is approved.
