like a months but now days it doesn’t work. I did 2 and nothing.

@Anna Miller it was two days after I submitted the supporting documents and the privacy release for the first request the 2nd one it took 2 weeks

thank you for sharing @br Rubios @roro April 2022 🙏 my congressman did a request last Thursday so just going to wait patiently…

I started with one congressman two months ago but their office can't seem to even get ahold of uscis so I am trying a different office now.

mine took 2-3 weeks which is not bad just the information they got is no different than the answer I got directed from uscis

i sent inquiry to congressman and a couple of days later my case got approved

Senator Inquired and after 2 days case was approved.

@G M how long did the process take with senator from the moment you reached out to him and till the time you got a response from USCIS?

Congress told me to wait 6 weeks to get response back

It took about a month for the senator to make an inquiry since I reached him.

@G M how much time it took on your inquiry to get reply/resolution?

@north west 2 days after the inquiry, case was approved.

@Anna Miller Yes I got a response from the senators office about a month later in email, saying they have have received the consent form and are making an inquiry. Amd 2 days later got the approval.

@north west not yet :( but we just sent it a few days ago, so I think it’s normal. I will update if i get any response

@roro April 2022 heyyy dear! I have a question about ombudsman request. I’ve placed a service request through USCIS a week ago and already got a response that it’s still pending. I want to file ombudsman’s request, but on their website it says that at least 30 days should pass since the latest response from USCIS. did you wait 30 days and then submitted it?

@Anna Miller submit your request it doesn’t matter trust me by the time they will review your case it will be close to 30 days since the service request response
