I-130, 1-485, I-765: Atlanta (prior DACA)
Hello!
I have been on DACA for almost 10 years and fell in love and got married last year and filing on marriage based. PD is July 7/18/2022 and filed through a Lawyer. My 2 year 1-765 was approved in April 2023 and still waiting on the other 2 approvals. Atlanta field office is backed up and shows a long processing time. My main apps went to NBC. I see people around my same time getting approved and my online status says the same thing as everyone else here “processing time longer that usual and next step is for them to review the case”. Praying for everyone here, but I wish they would just approve quickly. Trying to travel the world with my wife and start a family and live the American dream! Anyone else here in Atlanta with a similar timeline? anything I should be aware of? I tried Emma too and the agent told me the same basic stuff.
Thank you!

390 Days in. I wrote a poem, let me know if you like it :))
390 days for my case,
uscis working on a slow pace,
it feels like a wild goose chace.
The Sun is shining on my face and I don't know the phase of that case.
Emma told me days ago "your case is pending, I GOTTA GO" ,This feels like waiting on a death row.
11 years of my life I spent on hold, some say my patience must be made of gold.
I wrote this poem at Monday noon,
I hope I get an approval SOON!
My timeline with consular processing
I just wanted to share my timeline at the Bogotá Embassy (click to see). I still have to schedule medicals and biometrics, but I'll have my interview in September.🤞

Hi all
I got my stamp on my passport washed . numbers still readable somehow , I’m in my home country for a visit and don’t know what to do . should I head to the airport on my flight date back to US and take my chances with the immigration officers at my home country or should I contact the embassy here which is really hard to reach. is it hard to go back to us or is it going to be easy.
I have pictures of my expired green card , expired extension letters.

my spouse got his approval on May. But we still couldn't deliver the documents to the NVC as there is a mistake in his birth certificate. Actually the name of my mother in law is misspelled. the country he lives in has some certain rules for birth certificate. he has to make a new one but their server is down since May and still hasn't fixed. without birth certificate he cant get his police certificate. can someone please tell me what to do. im desperate
