washed passport
Hi all
I got my stamp on my passport washed . numbers still readable somehow , I’m in my home country for a visit and don’t know what to do . should I head to the airport on my flight date back to US and take my chances with the immigration officers at my home country or should I contact the embassy here which is really hard to reach. is it hard to go back to us or is it going to be easy.
I have pictures of my expired green card , expired extension letters.
please advice

I tried to contact the USA embassy but the first appointment here in my country is after November and I have to be back to USA by maximum September 1st.
