I-130, 1-485, I-765: Atlanta (prior DACA)
Hello!
I have been on DACA for almost 10 years and fell in love and got married last year and filing on marriage based. PD is July 7/18/2022 and filed through a Lawyer. My 2 year 1-765 was approved in April 2023 and still waiting on the other 2 approvals. Atlanta field office is backed up and shows a long processing time. My main apps went to NBC. I see people around my same time getting approved and my online status says the same thing as everyone else here “processing time longer that usual and next step is for them to review the case”. Praying for everyone here, but I wish they would just approve quickly. Trying to travel the world with my wife and start a family and live the American dream! Anyone else here in Atlanta with a similar timeline? anything I should be aware of? I tried Emma too and the agent told me the same basic stuff.
Thank you!
