my spouse got his approval on May. But we still couldn't deliver the documents to the NVC as there is a mistake in his birth certificate. Actually the name of my mother in law is misspelled. the country he lives in has some certain rules for birth certificate. he has to make a new one but their server is down since May and still hasn't fixed. without birth certificate he cant get his police certificate. can someone please tell me what to do. im desperate

i believe you have a year to start the NVC process there is nothing else you can do he has to fix the birth certificate just make you nvc hears from you within that year or you have to start all over
