hey guys. how long after your card is produced do you get it in the mail. my card was produced on july 12 but I haven’t received any tracking number or any other updates.

Hi All, I need some advice. My case has been pending since Aug 2020.. the last update was fingerprint used in Jan 2021 and nothing ever since. I’ve tried to call but no answer. I got the stamp in my passport for extension but that is almost expired too. Any advice on how to speed up the process? Also should I file N400 while I-751 is pending? #divorcewaiver # I-751 #i-400

we send copy of asset on initial application. but now they send us an RFE stating that my sponsor income is not qualified. and we can get a joint sponsor or use our income? shall we just resend all the proof of asset again and form?

NVC affidavit of support

I’m waiting for the welcome letter from NVC, but I got a list of documents requested from NVC from a friend who received his welcome letter on the same category and affidavit of support documents are listed. As a self-petitioner that already has US income, do I need to provide those documents? can anyone who has gone through IVP process tell me what documents are requested? thanks

Just sharing the timeline this process took. I received my combo card on June 14, 2022 , the fact that I checked to receive my social on the form I decided to wait the 2 weeks it didn’t turn up ( wish I didn’t waste my time waiting) so on July 3rd I decided to go to the office and apply for same Ofcourse they said it will be mailed in two (2) weeks. I got an informed mail delivery notice that it shoul arrive today! 🎉 So I guess it took a total of 9 Business days! (weekend & holiday excluded). Take my advice the minute you receive your EAD or combo card don’t wait go to the nearest office to check if the info was sent to them if not they will just let you apply right away. Anyways it’s #350 days and I’m still waiting on I-130 & I-485 🙏😇 #Aug2022Filer

Premium Processing Taking Longer For EB2 NIW

Has anyone experienced delay with pp for eb2 NIW till the last day and if so what what was the outcome. My EB2 NIW is now 40 days and I’m really worried because most pp eb2 cases usually take 2 weeks to get decision. Please anyone with similar experience should share their experiences, thanks.
