i765 expedited process time
Hi I got an email 1 week ago said Uscis approved my expedite request and my I765 is under expedited process. But it’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything back. How long does it take for the actual approval.

There is no answer some people got responses after 10 days others like me 2 months still under the expedited processing

I just waited for it instead of asking for an expedited request even though I am a health care worker. I guess it paid off as my EAD got processed within 90 days and now working for my sponsor.

I also requsted for expedited processing today and got a notification from this app saying it takes 30-45 days but it vary case by case. Hope you will get yours soon!🤞

@E K hi they didn’t ask me to send any documents to support my request. After I sent the request 8 days later I got an email said they will accommodate my request and my case was under expedited process. I waited 8 days and I just got an notification that my EAD got approved today

i got approval letter in the mail one week after and the uscis website and lawfully has not updated .

same here, they approved if first. im still waiging but only work permit approval notice i got. dont know why they did not approve my travel document also.

what was your service center, my expedited request got approved on June 1st, but I still haven't received an update on my card. 😢

I have done that they moved to a tier 2 officer, and the officer moved it to TSC, yet no approval of the card
