Hi All, I need some advice. My case has been pending since Aug 2020.. the last update was fingerprint used in Jan 2021 and nothing ever since. I’ve tried to call but no answer. I got the stamp in my passport for extension but that is almost expired too. Any advice on how to speed up the process? Also should I file N400 while I-751 is pending? #divorcewaiver # I-751 #i-400

@Peekay . have you done your interview? mine has been pending since Jan 2020. I have done my interview last year January 2022 but since then it has been silence😞. waiver case

@Becky Becky same as mine I’m done interview November 2022 sine now I don’t hear anything yet . waiver also . did you file N400 ?

@athip pranprai no. I am stuck at security check. I tried getting help from my congressional office twice. and they reply with “they can’t move forward until security check has been cleared.

@Becky Becky maybe is time to consider to take a lawyer . I take a lawyer after my interview complete 4 month and don’t hear anything. wish best of luck for both of us 🙏

me too my case have been pending since 2020 I did my finger print last year got my stamp on my passport too but since then no update yet

@Peekay . I’d suggest you apply for N-400 , i myself applied in May of 2020, and then applied for N-400 towards the end of last year which then pushed my I-751 forward.

@Faisal 🌙 Wouldn’t that slow my I751 process ? I’ve seen other people say not to file N400
