If your case is out of processing time you can try to conntact the congressman.
I made the same thing and for a week I got my case approved.

@b a Nothing special only facts. My case took longer that expected. I can’t wait anymore because I’ve waited for 39 months etc.
They didn’t replay me but I’m sure they read it because within a week I got my approvation.

are you planning on submitting other applications such as i485, i765 and i131? if so, you should have also done that along with your medical. if you are married to a U.S. citizen, you do not need to wait until after the i130 is approved before you start submitting. if this is you, get on it nowww! all the best!
