I-130 case taking a bit longer 😢
Hello Everyone!!
Let me share you our timeline w/ my husband.. We filed our i-130 last June 16,2022 and got the first AR on the same day. My husband is an active duty service member, LPR. He got his citizenship last Nov. 2022 . On the 2nd week of June 2022 our processing time changed to “case taking a bit longer” from 1 week 😩😭and till now, it’s still the same…
My husband called USCIS several times and asked them if they upgraded our case (LPR- USC) and they said yes… but till now, there’s no progress at all. I’m starting to lose hope but I need to be strong for my husband. 😭😢
Hopefully we get approved soon, in God’s perfect timing! 🤞🏻🙏🏻✨

Vermont processing center time went from 15 months back to 14.5 and we still haven't heard anything.
Our I130 was at Potomac and is apparently at Vermont now and the time just sped up but yet our I130 is still sitting. I've asked my senator's office for help and all they did was a basic Emma inquiry over a month ago and now say they will only take action after 90 days pass. losing so much hope, what is there left to do besides WoM? Why could this be getting so delayed? We have gone above and beyond to do everything right and it feels like we're getting singled out or punished. 😔

Filing for divorce while waiting for ROC approval
Hello. Has anyone encounter filing for divorce while ROC is currently in process? Will the divorce affect the ROC approval and timeline? If so, is there a certain process that needs to be considered? Thank you very much for any insights you may have. 🙏🏼

It’s official!!! Today is a big day in my journey. I became a proud member of an elite 4-figures club. My adjustment of status has been pending for exactly 1000 days! I would like to thank and congratulate all the people working at USCIS. They are extremely efficient and effective. Everytime I call or text Emma (it’s been roughly around 40 times already) they are very polite and cooperative and moreover they always provide me with the most up to date information, they never provide false, deceptive nor misleading information. Last week Tier 2 told me that my case is within normal processing times (which is so true of course!) and I have nothing to worry about. It was such a great relief that a federal agency in this country is so reliable and trustworthy. You pay your money and you can be sure that your case will be treated with dilligence and everything will be on time and correct! Have a great night everybody! I’m going to celebrate! 💩
